Factory Overview
Organized production areas for LED component packaging, inspection, packing and order preparation, supporting both sample builds and repeat production.
SMT capability for LED modules and electronic assemblies, with attention to component placement, soldering quality, board cleanliness and production consistency.
Packaging support for SMD LED, DIP LED, infrared LED, high power LED and display LED components, including binning and parameter control.
Engineering communication for package size, forward voltage, drive current, wavelength, CCT, CRI, luminous flux, thermal design and PCB integration.
Flexible production coordination for prototypes, pilot runs and long-term supply programs, with batch control and export packing support.

LED Packaging Process
KINGBRIGHT controls the key LED packaging steps from chip bonding to final photoelectric binning. This process-oriented approach helps overseas buyers evaluate production stability, brightness consistency and batch repeatability.

Quality Control System
KINGBRIGHT treats quality control as part of daily production, not a final checkpoint only. Material release, process monitoring, aging verification, reliability checks and final inspection are used to reduce batch variation and support stable long-term cooperation.
Check LED chips, lead frames, brackets, phosphor, encapsulation materials, PCB materials and key purchased components before release to production.
Monitor packaging parameters, SMT placement, soldering condition, polarity, bin consistency and process traceability during production.
Apply aging or burn-in checks for selected LED products and modules to verify brightness stability and early-life performance before shipment.
Support optical, electrical, thermal, ESD, solderability, high/low temperature and humidity-related checks according to product and project requirements.
Confirm appearance, dimensions, electrical values, optical bins, label information, packing method and shipment documents before dispatch.

Inspection Workflow
Incoming inspection, in-process control and final shipment checks are used to reduce production risk before goods are delivered. For OEM buyers, this gives clearer control over batch quality, packaging condition and supply continuity.

Engineering & R&D
KINGBRIGHT works with engineers and purchasing teams before samples and mass production are confirmed. We help review electrical and optical parameters, application conditions, LED package selection, PCB design concerns and PCBA integration details so projects can move forward with fewer specification risks.
